i'm not all that big on the whole 'choose your winner' thing, but overall, not too shabby. and no-one who hasn't been doin this for years should compare themselves to Proxi, cuz that is one bad mofo. but anychickens, you were sayin you needed photoshop for backgrounds but had no money?
solution: GIMP for Windows. its an open-source photoshop clone (well not exactly but you get the idea) go google it. i was gonna put the url but i dont wanna get banned

I have to agree with you on the "choose your fighter" thing but i was rushing it so i really didn't take my time and put some effort in it. I just wanted to submit the thing already! :P

That photoshop problem is actually taken care of. i got \someone who is going to make my backgrounds and stuff.

you should see some of the stuff that im coming up with now! they are really good! if you want me to show you then just pm me and i will take care of it. :)

in the immortal words of Shao Kahn, WELL DONE! as far as the animations go and all anyways. but i have to agree with Okulan on this one, Ryu would NOT beg for mercy. but even still, it was kinda funny

c'mon xcrime-cyber, lord knows you can do better than this travesty.
i mean, damn, no jumping animations so it looks like they're standing on air, no animations for when the character gets hit, poor attack animations, and NO PULL-IN ANIMATION FOR SCORPION'S SPEAR ATTACK?!?! thats just sacrilege! i'm sorry chief, but i've left prettier things in the toilet.
